Cereals are convenient food for breakfast. Not only because of its taste but also the easiness to serve. Beside calories that are we needed for having breakfast we should also consider about sugar and fiber content from our cereals as our breakfast menu. We will visualize data for 77 names of cereals about not only their sugar contents but also fiber contents. From scattered diagram we can consider that most of cereals have high sugar content, or more than 5 g per serving. There is around 60% of cereals name, which have sugar content more than 5 g from all 77 cereals. So we should read the cereals ingredient in order to maintain our sugar intakes when we are having breakfast at the morning. We can choose cereals with low sugar and high fiber content to have healthy breakfast.
